Terms of Service

These terms are between you and nAblement LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company, and govern your use of Beacon at beacon.nablement.us. Creating an account or paying for a plan accepts them.

Beacon is autonomous software. It monitors how AI answer engines represent your market, shows you who holds each buyer-question slot, and — on the plans that include it — drafts and publishes content for the properties you connect. You operate it; it runs for you.

Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us if you believe your account is compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and we do not issue partial-month refunds. Trial and pilot periods, where offered, are as stated in the offer. We can change prices with notice before your next billing period.

You keep ownership of your site, your materials, and the content Beacon drafts or publishes for you. By connecting a site or a publishing destination, you confirm you have the right to let software read it and publish to it, and you authorize Beacon to do both, including automatically on plans that publish without a per-piece approval step. You are responsible for what is published under your name, including reviewing it where your situation requires review.

Don’t use Beacon to misrepresent who you are, to publish content you have no right to publish, to target sites you don’t control or haven’t been authorized to work on, or to probe or disrupt the service itself.

AI engines are third parties we do not control. Beacon reports what they say and competes for the answers they give; it cannot guarantee that any engine will cite, rank, or name you. AI-generated drafts can be wrong, and the service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, nAblement’s total liability for claims arising out of the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You can stop using Beacon and cancel at any time. We can suspend or end accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature survive (ownership, liability limits, governing law) survive.

Pennsylvania law governs these terms, and disputes belong in the state or federal courts of Pennsylvania.
